Bill:
Bill Calvoni possesses more than 30 years of successful entrepreneurial leadership in several businesses in both New York City and the Phoenix metro area. His experience includes successful ventures in retail consumer goods, the restaurant business, and wholesale staple item vending. Bill began to fulfill a lifelong interest as a private real estate investor with residential properties 14 years ago and currently holds and manages multiple properties in the Phoenix Metro-arena as well as other states. Investing evolved Bill's interests to becoming a residential home developer/builder, representative and real estate agent. Bill represents every client with the same penchant for value-oriented investment as he has for himself.
Joe:
Originally a Chicago native where he pioneered and ran multiple successful businesses in the retail and industrial sectors, Joe relocated to Phoenix in 1989. Joe created and ran a lucrative consumer vending business in the Phoenix Metro area servicing hundreds of locations and clients and generated 10 separate start-up operations which he subsequently sold to various valley entrepreneurs. Through these businesses, Joe learned every square inch of the Phoenix metro area and its uniquities. With experience in Chicago as a propety owner/investor already, Joe realized his love of the real estate business and educated himself into almost every aspect of the business. Years of experience as a mortgage broker, independent real estate investor and residential home-builder have given Joe a comprehensive scope and a keen market sensitivity in the Phoenix Valley Real Estate Market.
